Service Description
This session includes: 12 + hrs of coverage Candid shots, group photos, detail shots, speeches 200 + images 2-5 highlight reels (60 -180 sec) optionally 3-5 short reels promo/marketing posts online gallery for viewing and downloading This Premium Event Package is designed for large-scale events that require extensive coverage and complete storytelling from beginning to end. With extended hours and a focus on both major moments and behind-the-scenes details, every part of your event is documented with intention and precision. From candid interactions and group photos to speeches and promotional content, you’ll receive a comprehensive visual archive along with highlight reels designed for impact and share-ability.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% of the total project fee is required to secure and reserve the requested shoot date. No date will be held until the deposit has been received. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule their session at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. The deposit will be applied to the new shoot date. Exceptions may be made at the photographer's discretion in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, the retainer will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon future date. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled shoot unless otherwise agreed upon. Final edited images will not be delivered until all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Delivery Timeline Final edited images will typically be delivered via an online gallery within 3 weeks of the shoot date. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and workload. Any expedited or extended delivery schedule must be agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot. Image Selection & Editing Unedited images, RAW files, and rejected images will not be provided. Additional Edits & Revisions Minor revision requests are included when reasonable. Extensive retouching, additional edits, or revision requests beyond the original scope of work may be subject to additional fees. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. If the client fails to appear for the scheduled session without prior notice, all payments made will be forfeited. Portfolio & Marketing Use Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing materials, competitions, publications, and promotional purposes. Revisions Two rounds of revisions is included with all sessions, additional revision rounds are billed at $25 per round Travel outside the included service area may incur a travel fee
